News on 9 November 2021

Effective January 1, 2022, Lexmark will increase prices on selected printers, multifunction products, options and service parts. The increase will apply to all communicated pricing levels (i.e. MSRP, MAP, Web, and Reseller). Lexmark regularly reviews pricing and takes appropriate actions when necessary. This price action is due to overall cost increases.

New pricing will be reflected on all invoices beginning January 1, 2022. Orders received by Lexmark prior to November 1, 2021 will not be impacted by the price action. Orders received by Lexmark on or after November 1, 2021 and not shipped prior to January 1, 2022 will receive the price increase.  Please note that all Channel programs and promotions will hold the approved discount percentage, but the net price will increase in line with the price increase to the impacted part numbers. This includes special bid pricing.  Any exception request to avoid a price increase on an existing special bid will require documentation showing price increases are in breach of existing contractual terms between you and your customer.  (keep in mind that supplies are not being impacted by this price change, so any existing CPP contracts will not be impacted, only new hardware placements, maintenance kits, parts orders, etc.).
