IBM or Lexmark MarkNet reset

To do the reset on the Network Card follow these steps:

NOTE: Tthe ip address will be lost after these steps

1. Power Cycle the printer.

2. On the printer display panel go to

NETWORK MENU ->
STANDARD NETWORK ( or NETWORK OPTION 1) ->
STD NET SETUP (or NETWORK 1 SETUP):
HitSELECT.

3. You will findPRINT

4. Press & Hold theGObutton while you press & release theLEFT MENUbutton (button 1)

5. You will seeSE Menu. Release theGObutton

6. Browse toNVRAM-> Select ->REINIT NVRAM-> Select

7. Display will go back toREADYindicating the NIC is reset

8. Set the ip address & the gateway:

NETWORK MENU ->
STANDARD NETWORK ( or NETWORK OPTION 1) ->
STD NET SETUP (or NETWORK 1 SETUP) ->
TCP/IP ->
Set IP Address & Set Gateway
