The TTP-2410MT Series is TSC's 4-inch industrial thermal transfer and direct thermal printer line, built on a die-cast aluminum base and frame with a metal cover, two hinges and a large clear media view window. It is designed for heavy-duty industrial labelling: compliance labels, work in process, order fulfillment, distribution, shipping and receiving, ticketing, healthcare patient safety, and electronics and jewelry labelling.

Enhanced print quality
"Thermal Smart Control" tracks and calculates how long each pixel needs to be heated, so barcodes stay clean and consistent whether you print one label or a batch of thousands.

Color touch display
A 4.3" 480 x 272 resistive colour touch LCD with six operation buttons (Menu, Pause, Feed, Up, Down, Select) and three LEDs makes setup and job status easy to read on the floor. A ribbon capacity monitor widget shows remaining ribbon at a glance.

Three resolutions
The TTP-2410MT prints 203 dpi at up to 14 inches per second, the TTP-346MT prints 300 dpi at up to 10 ips, and the TTP-644MT prints 600 dpi at up to 4 ips - the 600 dpi model is the one to choose for very small 2D barcodes, fine print and high-resolution graphics. Auto TPH resolution switch detection means the printer recognises the installed print head automatically.

Memory and connectivity
128 MB Flash and 128 MB SDRAM are standard, with a factory option for 512 MB Flash and 256 MB SDRAM, plus an SD Flash card reader for up to 32 GB more. RS-232, Centronics parallel, USB 2.0, internal 10/100 Ethernet and a USB host port for a scanner or PC keyboard are all standard; GPIO is a factory option and Bluetooth and 802.11 b/g/n wireless are user options.

TSPL-EZ printer programming language
TSPL-EZ ships on every unit and is compatible with EPL, ZPL and ZPL II, so the printers drop into existing Oracle, SAP, Unix, AS/400 and Windows environments without rewriting label formats.

Media and ribbon
8.2" OD label rolls, 600 m ribbons up to 90 mm OD on a 1" core, media 25.4 - 116 mm wide and 0.06 - 0.30 mm thick. Gap transmissive and black mark reflective sensors are both position adjustable.
