RE: August 06 editorial I kept telling myself that I was imagining the change and it started out very slow and subtle. Now however if I do a search for any item I wish to buy I usually end up going to the second page of the results simply to find someone who is stocking the item themselves. There was a time when Google actually gave me usable results at the top of the list and was so much better than any other competing product. The bottom line is its all about the money and not about the integrity of the search engines. But then I have to ask myself When did any internet concern EVER say they were a bastion of integrity. They are simply another company making a buck as fast as they can. The only way things will change, if even temporarily, will be if a competing search engine becomes available that wouldnt play the Middleman game.

I work with pharmacies around the country and when they can't print a prescription label, they can't make any money. When they have a down printer and need it replaced, upgrading to a newer model is not always a good solution since they may have a boatload of toner cartridges and font cards installed in the printers. I know I can get on the phone and talk to the sales staff at Argecy and get the printer I need and get it out to the customer the next day. You guys are great!!!

5/23/06 Would like to say a job well done to Dave Mendelson. He is an extremely knowledable person in the field of printers. He is very helpful in explaining any questions you may have. He is a TRUE AMERICAN, with traditional values, and a HEART of GOLD.

Well, let me tell you - she now has fans for life!!! We are owners of a NAPA Auto Parts Store and that teeny little card was keeping us from printing our statements which run about $70 - $90K in receivable income back into our store each month! Without that part = no statement = no checks coming in = not good! You get the picture. I have only just started spreading the word to all the other store owners about your terrific company and outstanding employee you have in Sue. In fact, an owner in Texas had an order going for toner (with a completely different company) and after I told him what happened, he cancelled and will be calling her tomorrow. In closing, I would like to say simply, thank you to your company for existing and thank you for having the good sense to hire Sue. This is one of many orders she will be receiving as a result of her knowledge, professionalism, courtesy and caring. Respectfully, Sheri Maiden

Hello I just want to send a HUGE thank you to Sue in your sales department. I believe her extension is 121? She helped us on Monday to locate a flash dimm card for our printer that no one in the free world had but your company (Im serious, we had been on a waiting list for almost 2 weeks and no one had ANY idea when they would be getting them in each time we called to check the status!) and more remarkable than that was your price! It was the price that everyone else on the internet was quoting us which is precisely why I was skeptical that I would be getting the right part. Sue assured me with confidence that she knew exactly what she was doing and what I needed and we would be getting the right part.

We have had our computer system for a long time and were in need of replacement terminals. I worked with David various times in the past two years, and have nothing but positive things to say about this company and the service they provide.
