A. Yes, the Lexmark X912e is compatible with Fax Server software including FAXCOM by Biscom, ZetaFax by Equisys, Fax Sr. Enterprise by OmTool and RightFax Enterprise Server by RightFax.
Q. Is the Lexmark X912e compatible with Kofax document management applications?
A. The Lexmark X912e is compatible with Kofax Ascent Capture V5, Ricochet Capture, and Ricochet Coversheet products. The scan-to-network capability of the MFP can be used to instantly scan documents over the network to Kofax Ricochet Capture or Ricochet Coversheet products. Ascent Capture can recognize, index, quality assure, and release documents into many document management applications.
Q. Is the Lexmark X912e supported by FileNet applications?
A. Yes, using the scan-to network capability of the X912e MFP, documents can be scanned over the network and into FileNET's Panagon Capture Professional module. Using the optional Lexmark Document Distributor Server software, an end-user can be prompted to enter alphanumeric index information on the MFP's user interface to be included with the scanned document.
Q. Is it possible to add the C912 Finisher to this configured MFP?
A. Yes, the C912 Finisher can be added to the X912e MFP. This finisher supports a total output capacity is 1100 sheets where Bin 1 holds 100 sheets and Bin 2 holds 1000 sheets (20lb/75gsm, A4/Letter, plain paper). The C912 Finisher supports 1-position stapling (3,000 staples capacity), Letter (3-hole) hole or A4 (4-hole) punching and offset stacking (23mm or 0.9"].
