Forms & Favorites allows users to instantly access required online forms from any Lexmark MFP to help simplify and streamline work processes. From the touch screen, your customers can navigate through form categories or search based on a form number, name or description. This saves time through on-demand retrieval and printing, with bookmarking capabilities. The app also provides security through device authentication methods, with the functionality for user personal identification numbers (PINs). Add or delete forms at any time. Define and organize bookmarks as shortcuts in hierarchical folders.
Lexmark Multi SendThe Multi Send App lets users scan a paper document once and route the digital image file to multiple destinations simultaneously. With the tap of a button, your customers can send scanned documents to email addresses, network folders, FTP sites, fax machines, electronic document archives or other secure network locations, and a delivery confirmation produced. Capture and routing functionalities include automatic archiving, profile (user) management, and custom confirmation distribution.
Lexmark Change Language
The Change Language App allows you to easily change the display language used on the operator panel menus from the home screen.
Lexmark MyShortcut
MyShortcuts lets MFP users create personalized shortcuts for frequent copy, fax and email tasks. Users name shortcuts and choose the icon used. Lexmark Scan to Network
Your customers can convert hardcopy files to softcopies efficiently with Lexmark's Scan to Network. Files are automatically routed to a shared network folder and are immediately available to anyone with network access. And your customers can keep their softcopy documents organized with up to 30 unique folder destinations.
Lexmark Card Copy
Card Copy allows users to scan each side of ID cards and either print both sides on one side of a single sheet of paper or email the scan to an email address.
Lexmark Web Services Scan
Web Services Scan lets a user scan images to a Windows 7 PC. The PC must be networked and have Web Services enabled in order to accept scans from the Lexmark MFP.

Well, let me tell you - she now has fans for life!!! We are owners of a NAPA Auto Parts Store and that teeny little card was keeping us from printing our statements which run about $70 - $90K in receivable income back into our store each month! Without that part = no statement = no checks coming in = not good! You get the picture. I have only just started spreading the word to all the other store owners about your terrific company and outstanding employee you have in Sue. In fact, an owner in Texas had an order going for toner (with a completely different company) and after I told him what happened, he cancelled and will be calling her tomorrow.
In closing, I would like to say simply, thank you to your company for existing and thank you for having the good sense to hire Sue. This is one of many orders she will be receiving as a result of her knowledge, professionalism, courtesy and caring.

a vendor and recommended Argecy, we would have received better value.

and exemplary assistance before and after we purchased parts, even though
my employer sought a vendor solely based on price, not value. Argecy
received no direct remuneration from my employer.
